Here are just a few more Lomo Fisheye shots that I have. They are all multiple exposure shots with mainly the Colorsplash Flash. The analogue fisheye is just so much fun to use as you never know what you're going to get and there's always a few nice surprises.

Insomniac Film Collaborative
I am a part of a Cork base film group called Insomniac Film Collaborative. For that I decided to design a logo for the group. These are some of the ones I came up with. Due to copyright issues and similarities to other logos we had to scarp the first two logos. A member came up with the concept of a sheep so I threw a few designs around and we now use last logo. I quite like the font Century Gothic. Photo for first logo by Suzanne Vernon.

Water Basement
This was some strange flooded basement installation that was in Darmstadt, Germany. I can't remember exactly what the story was with it but I was very unusual and calming, you just walked around with your wellingtons on. I rather enjoyed it.

Black and White Portraits
These are some black & white prints that I made last year. What I really like about analogue photography is the rawness of is. There's little idiosyncrasies with each photo, the odd blemish or scratch, no manipulation to achieve "perfection". It's real, tactile and I love it.
The first picture is my favourite. These are my two cousins and I love the plain almost emotionlessness about them. It's like a picture from decades ago. The other portraits are less posed and I hope they give off an impression of what the people were like at the time. The last one is a similar recreation of a colour photo I took of my cousin in the same spot some years earlier. I thought it would be nice to see the changes.

New Years Celebrations
It's coming up to that time of year when you being to think about christmas and new year celebrations. Two years ago I was lucky enough to celebrate new years in Darmstadt, Germany. In Germany it is legal to sell fireworks for a few days coming up to the 31st. Everyone buys them and us not used to this kind of thing bought loads of them. As I lived in a student apartment block we all headed to the roof to get a full view of the city with fireworks exploding everywhere. It was amazing, so much fun and by far the best new years yet. This year I hopefully will be in Berlin so fingers crossed it'll be just as good as Darmstadt.

Dandelion Season
It's that time of the year again when those 'pesky weeds' spring up everywhere and take over. I quite like them. Happy yellow flowers that turn into bright perfectly formed orbs of white before they fly off to new soils.
